nuvi 255 and nuvi 255W

Once again, Garmin had released another series of nuvi called the nuvi 255 and the nuvi 255w. Basically, both of these GPS system are the same, only the nuvi 225w has additional features such as text-to-speech and a wider screen. The nuvi 225w cost slightly more expensive compare to nuvi 225 due to the additional feature.

TomTom GO 530

 

TomTom will be releasing a new model called the TomTOm GO 530. The new features are the IQ Routes and the Advanced Lane Guidance. This GPS navigation system is also compatible with TomTom HD Traffic. This is a good deal to get.

Modbook

 

Equipped with GPS function, this is the tablet Mac that every Apple fan (including me) had been waiting for-The Modbook. The Modbook comes with an embedded GPS receiver. The tablet Mac is also touch-screen that runs on Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard and uses a 2.1GHz processor. It also has 1GB of memory, ethernet, USB, FireWire, Bluetooth and AirPort. But at a whooping price of $2300.

You can find your ways through the mountain now with the SnowRanger. The SnowRanger from Mountain Dynamics is a set of maps that can be downloaded directly to the Garmin or Magellan branded GPS navigation systems.  They have a whooping number of 64 North American maps and 420 European maps on ski resorts which include all those trail, parks, and even parking lots for the resorts.

Magellan Maestro 5340 GPS

Here’s the Magellan Maestro 5340 GPS. The catch is, this GPS system uses both Maestro 5340 system and a GPRS system. Which basically means it can use either one of these system to run. Garmin’s latest GPS

Without holding back, Garmin released the new nuvi GPS navigator. With popular demand, the nuvi was finally released with a pitch black cover. It’s pretty impressive with the slimness of the body. Further more, many reviews sad that it had an improve sharpness on the touch screen. The nuvi series from Garmin still stick to it’s simple menu mainframe. With additional application such as MSN direct, Gas price tracker, movie times, traffic update and more.
