Thanks to NavNGo Limo, you can turn your car display into a GPS unit with no difficulty. This kit includes all the receivers and hardware needed to turn any in-car display into a navigational unit. Unlike most GPS device, there will be no touchscreen since this kit comes with a remote control that could manage the software.
Let’s look at the hardware in the kit. There is a 300MHz processor, the SiRF Start III GPS chipset, and the 2GB SD card that stores all the necessary maps and such, an external GPS antenna, an external speaker, and an external IR sensor as well as the remote. With such a complete set, you don’t have to purchase a portable GPS unit.
No information on price or availability. It might not be available in the US, since it is a Hungarian product.
