uPro is the new generation of GPS that features aerial photography, fly-overs, and laser technology, which a golfer could use to measure distance. uPlay, the company which manufacturing uPro, is saying that it will ship the device with photography of thousands courses. ‘The Apple iPhone of GPS’ is what uPlay called its latest product.  uPro’s price is expected to be sharp once it start selling.

With uPro, golfers can locate those annoying sprinkler heads, and calculate exact distances to and locations of the hole, with references to course obstacles. Furthermore, golfer can view the entire course in three different views that would automatically update as the golfer moves through the course. Interested golfers might have to wait for a long time because uPlay has not released a date when the device would be publicly available.
