Garmin brings good news to all the users who are fairly new to the GPS technology. The new Nuvi 250W is the new GPS navigating device from Garmin that boasts user friendly options just perfect enough for the amateur users. The interface of the Nuvi 250W is trouble-free, exceedingly effective and bright that provides the ease of usage. Additionally, the program menu that the gadget is loaded with is displayed in large boxes accompanied by clear text and graphic icons. The GPS gadget also boasts of its 4.3 inch widescreen that display, which might not be as effective against the sun but overall it is capable of delivering a more than average performance.

Talking about its GPS capability, the Nuvi 250W is thoroughly efficient in providing the accurate address to the users. However, the SiRF Star III is not present in this gadget as it is found commonly in the other GPS devices available in the market. Instead the Nuvi 250W uses a new high-sensitivity GPS receiver, which may be a bit listless in terms of efficiency but otherwise well accepted as it was with the other Garmin’s gadgets. Additionally, the device is equipped with features such as voice commands, locating a specific location when it is input by the user, excellent volume levels, 2D or 3D maps, options for displaying the nearest and the shortest routes, picture viewer, calculator, currency converter, world clock, SD slot and numerous others. Garmin has announced its release from the beginning of November at a price of only $499.00
