Although half the year has passed, it still gives GlobalSat the excuse to introduce the GV366, the new generation travel companion of 2007. It is marketed as an affordable GPS system which provides door-to-door guidance in a multilingual friendly interface. Users are able view the latest and extensive database of maps covering Western and Eastern Europe as well as North America on a 3.5” TFT LCD screen. The GV366 is able to provide navigation in 2D and 3D which is powered by the Navigon navigation software and comes in multilingual navigation interface and voice guidance. Not only that but users are also able to view photos and listen to music on this device as it is included with a multimedia player.

The GV366 is running on a Samsung S3C2410 processor with 266MHz speed together with the SiRFstar III GPS chipset and has 64 MB worth of SDRAM and ROM.
