Yet another GPS Navigation system in the market, the Delphi NAV200 conforms to the rest of the GPS devices. It has the looks of a GPS device, is portable, includes turn-by-turn navigation, points of interest and offers the shortest or best routes to your destination. A plus point is that it installs easily but the voice quality for the directions navigation is said to be lacking.
What makes the Delphi NAV200 interesting is the real-time traffic kit which comes in the form of an extra antenna and receiver attached to the device. What that does is it provides access to the Traffic Message Channel which is a radio station that sends out traffic information and then the Delphi NAV200 will provide and alternative route if traffic trouble spots are reported. Best of all, the traffic kit is a $200 lifetine subscription with no monthly charges. Unfortunately this service is only currently available in the U.S.
