The X960 weighing in at 136g is indeed a lightweight portable device. Functionality wise, both devices contain the exclusive contents of the prestigious Michelin Guides to help locate the nearest facilities such as banks, pubs and other tourist attractions to make planning for a day out fuss-free. Dad can also download various Point of Interest (POI) packs from the ViaMichelin website which will present him with the directions to all the stadiums and best eateries around the area. The maps can be seen in both 2D and 3D viewing option. This is however aimed mainly at European cities. Another cool factor is that the device comes equipped with speed camera locators so dad will not have to pay another speeding ticket ever again.
Other than that the X970T also offers some advanced features like the free real time traffic information to help dad navigate away from congested routes as well as Bluetooth hands free function that enables him to answer calls with the tap of the screen.
