Finally, the Eclipse AVN2210P from Fujitsu will be available in North America and you can listen to the FM radio while using the GPS.
Arriving in sprint 2007, it is expected to cost around $900. This is a double DIN size audio unit. There is an integrated navigation segment which can be detached and used separately. It combines full features of a PND to enable customer to enjoy the benefit that it has to offer. It comes with a 3.5 inch TFT display and comes with a SD card pre loaded with maps for Canada and USA.
The detachable navigation system, which is provided by TomTom has a GPS antenna, built in speaker and a rechargeable battery. It is not dependent on the main unit. The GPS unit can be used separately on its own. Other features will include FM/AM player, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and WMA support as well. Files can be transferred via a flash drive or just connect your iPod to sit back and relax.
